Risk disclosures

Please read this before trading with TradeShell.

TradeShell is software

TradeShell provides trading software. It is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant or investment adviser, and nothing it shows or does is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Orders you place through TradeShell are routed to, and executed by, the brokerage account you connect, under that broker's terms.

Options carry significant risk

Options trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. Options that expire the same day (0DTE) can lose their entire value within minutes. Before trading options, readCharacteristics and Risks of Standardized Optionsfrom the Options Clearing Corporation, available from your broker.

Automation does not remove risk

Protective stops, trailing stops, risk limits and scripts are tools, not guarantees. Stop orders may fill at prices worse than their trigger, or not at all, in fast or gapping markets, during halts, or when your broker or network is unavailable. You remain responsible for every order placed from your account.

Performance figures

Speed and throughput figures on this site describe TradeShell's own software in the stated test conditions. End-to-end latency also depends on your network and your broker's systems. Interface images and animations on this site use simulated market data and are not a record of actual trading.

Market data

Market data comes from your own broker connection and is subject to your broker's data entitlements and terms.
